Dr. Worley is a board-certified Obstetrician & Gynecologist with a focused practice designation in Pediatrics & Adolescent Gynecology. She has academic appointments at three major medical universities where she serves as an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She started Alliance in September 2019. 


A highly skilled and compassionate physician, Dr. Worley has extensive training in high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and infertility. She has served as a Residency Site Director and has experience in resident and medical student education. She is involved in simulation training and quality improvement initiatives and is also a dedicated researcher, experienced lecturer, and community volunteer. She practices only evidence-based medicine and believes in educating and empowering women so that they can make the best healthcare choices possible for themselves. 


Dr. Worley’s outstanding credentials include her medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, internship at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, and residency training at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Prior to medical school, she earned a Bachelor’s degree and completed a Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Medical Program at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and continued on to earn a Master of Medical Sciences degree at Boston University School of Medicine in Massachusetts.


In her spare time, Dr. Worley enjoys performing arts, camping, and cruising. She is an avid scrapbooker and loves estate sales. She is a well-known social media influencer and has been seen in Disney’s Encore by Kristen Bell and 90 Day Fiancé. She lives in Winter Park with her husband, Jason, and their son, Landon.
