  • What is an in-office procedure?

    In-office procedures are minimally invasive treatments that you can have done right at the Alliance Obstetrics & Gynecology office.  Because these procedures don’t require a going to the hospital or a surgical center, they are often faster, less costly, and less stressful for you.

  • How do I schedule an in-office procedure?

    Once evaluated by our team to determine which procedure is necessary and to ensure that you are a good candidate, our clinical coordinator will be notified to schedule you for your procedure. She will coordinate all of the details, check on your insurance benefits, and provide you with the appropriate educational materials on what to expect and how to prepare for your procedure. 

  • What can I expect during and after my in-office procedure?

    When you arrive for your in-office procedure, you will be taken to one of our procedure rooms and a consent for will be signed.  Our team will advise you on what to expect and walk you through the entire procedure. Your comfort and safety are paramount to us.  Depending on the type of procedure you are having done, you may receive anesthetic spray, local anesthesia, pain medication, anti-anxiety medication, or a combination of these. Our team will ensure that you are comfortable and well monitored throughout the process.  Once your procedure is completed, you will be allowed to rest for as long as needed.  You will leave the office with detailed, personalized home after-care instructions and will be scheduled for any necessary follow up appointments.
